Owner (Founder)
Me; Ankha. Owns and created Viacraft.
Operator (Head Admin)
The Operator is is basically a head/lead administrator comparable to a Community or Operations Manager on other servers. They are direct assistants to the Owner and oversees all staff. They organize community events and try to get new dedicated members to our platforms. They help the Owner setup important information; they fix typographical errors and keep information up to date so the Owner can focus on more important things. They are responsible for staff applications and the security of personal information.
Administrator
- Manager (Level 2) - Manages the moderators; staff/server manager. They make sure all moderation staff are doing their job properly and rules are enforced fairly. They are fully responsible for managing, training, and the actions of our moderation staff. They can hire, promote, demote, and fire moderation staff. Only the Owner can promote someone to this rank.
- Assistant (Level 1) - Has escalated permissions to assist managers with their tasks, they do many things including customer support and forum account terminations. The admin is somebody who is a proficient in how servers (specifically game servers) work. They are responsible for training new staff members. Only the Operator and Owner can promote someone to this rank.
» Moderation (Staff)«
Moderation is the enforcement arm of the Rules. Because the Viacraft community is public, meaning anybody can join for free: It is necessary to have a group of people who maintain law and order, and assist new members.

- Certified Enforcer (level 2) - This person is like a senior moderator or game master. Enforces advanced community rules and helps higher ups. A fully decorated peace officer of Viacraft. They have authority to moderate all our platforms and generally more knowledgeable. It appears as Moderator in-game.
- Enforcer (Level 1) - Enforces basic community rules and helps players. Reports to higher ups.
Same as Helper except they try to find cheaters/exploits and report it to higher staff. They are in a training and testing period to prove themselves worthy of becoming a moderator.
Helper
